As I look at the contents of the lists it looks like they should show everything found in the category but my entries do not appear.
Is there anything I do wrong or are they updated on irregular times?
I have started to use the actual name ("duplicate name") for the disambiguation page and the actual pages ("duplicate name (type A)") for the specific names. In this way, if you unknowingly link to a disambiguation you get the list of possible meanings and you can update your link to point to the correct page.
On the specific pages a link back to the disambiguation is placed with the template
in text (without spaces between { { and } }): { {for|2=duplicate name} }

In Gothador there are a number of different things with the same name. To name a few:
Gothador: the game itself and Realm
Human: creature and class
Miner: creature and subclass
Fish: creature and quest item
Molten Lava Smelt: 2 locations in Lava Mine Area with each another bar
Patriarch Smelt: In 4 Realms with each another bar
Some Stairs may have the same name on both sides or the name of a realm
The articlename as link destination must be unique, so we have to add something to the name.
I started with _npc for creatures. Question: Can we change the name of an article if it should be something else?
Edit: Renaming can be done by Moving the page.
