Full Quest You find a stone totem. It appears to be inscribed with runic symbols which look like a boot with wings. There also looks to be a small opening that an object could be placed within. Place Object In You insert the 'Stone of Swiftness' and a light beams across you. You gain the 'Swift Mover' skill and gain 5,000xp.

Quick Guide Kill Icling Guardian to get Stone of Swiftness (Item). Search Swamp of Darkwater to find Stone Totem. Gain Skill Swift Mover Turn in quest.
